How To Keep Dandruff Under Control

My Current Dandruff Treatment Works
I have had dandruff for many years. I have tried many over the counter and prescription shampoos and lotions with little or no effect. The first time when I used Nizoral Shampoo 2% the result was excellent. My dandruff just disappeared. I was happy but not for a long time. After using the shampoo for several months I got the dandruff back. Then I tried Head and Shoulders for six months. My condition just got worst. I switched to Nizoral 1% and 2% again but did not noticed any visible improvement. For the past 10 years I have been using different anti-dandruff shampoos and conditioners, mostly herbal products with variable results.
Recently my dermatologist prescribed me LOPROX Shampoo 1%. I use it once a week. Along with that I shampoo my hair with Tea Tree Herbal Shampoo every other day. I have been on this regimen for three months and I can feel the difference. The dandruff is almost gone, and my scalp does not itch anymore. I have never had such a marked improvement. I am planning to continue using only the Tea Tree Shampoo and to eliminate the Rx Shampoo soon.
My experience shows that changing shampoos every few months is not enough. That's why I take whole foods dietary supplements every day to boost my immune system. I do colon cleanse twice a year and fungal cleanse at least once a year. I eat low carbohydrate diet.
With this regimen I am able to control my seborrhea and my dandruff. It works for me. It could work for you, too.
